Join Coach Parvin this Saturday at 10:30 AM for a FREE gymnastics class to all of our members. We will be warming up for the 11:00 AM with Gymnastics! Hope to see you there!
The gymnastics that we offer is CrossFit Gymnastics it isn’t a regular gymnastics class. It revolves around CrossFit movements and exercises, its primary purpose is to become better at CrossFit. I would have her try CrossFit first, it incorporates many different types of exercise that are fun and constantly changing. We offer a free Saturday class at 10:00 AM. Once she starts CrossFit she can then come to the gymnastics class. We are currently changing the times for it and will be choosing the best time by member preferences.
I am intrested in gymnastic classes for my 6 yr old. What are your rates and times of classes.

Our gymnastic class is for the adults and teen. But we do offer a regular crossfit kids program for 6 year olds if your interested.
My daughter is a very determined girl, shes 17 years old but has never done gymnastics, can she still enroll and learn?
