sisson is quite cool…just finished reading his “primal blueprint for fitness”last night… he has some excellent suggestions for benchmarks & scaling… that’s what I was working on at the box post burpee today.
i learned alot about appropriate scales for me, notably 24″ incline push-ups with full range of motion, one legged pull-ups & paralette tiger push-ups (thanks messrs treto & borge. thanks for all the encouragement.
did my 92 burpees & primal benchmarks today.
He did do all 92 burpees, i was a witness!
