21-15-9

Overhead Squat  95/65

Sumo Deadlift High Pull  95/65

Take 2 minutes rest then:

3 Rounds of “Cindy”

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

Here’s a great article from the CrossFit Journal about experiencing life rather than wasting away on the couch…
