Warmed up playing around with double unders – did about 100 total but was able to string together 30 in a row unbroken
Snatch/Overhead Squat skill work – 5-5-5 PR’d 75lbs
Deadlifts – 5x’s 80lbs, 3x’s 90lbs, 15x’s 100lbs
GHD – 3 rounds of: 3 glute-ham raises, 10 reverse hyper extensions, 15 ghd situps (touching floor)
It was a great little chill workout, untimed. Felt good to get some PR’s in there! What did you guys do???
