CROSSFIT FOR HOPE
CrossFit for Hope will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The goal is to raise 1.7MM - one day's operating cost for St. Jude - to combat childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. Summer Paleo Challenge
It's that time again! If you are interested in trying a healthy life style or would just like to do that challenge again, then join us for our Summer Paleo Challenge. The first meeting will be held on May 29 at CrossFit Kingdom from 8pm - 9pm. All are welcome to participate. Details of this challenge will be discussed at the first meeting. So lets get bathing suit ready!
CrossFit 102 Class
Are you interested in furthering your knowledge of CrossFit? Then join us for this informative 102 class at CrossFit Fortress on May 22 at 8pm.. Only $10. Please come in your workout clothes as you will be working out. There will be no 8pm class at Fortress this day.
