50 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
50 Push ups
50 Jumping Air Squats
25 Split Jerks
25 Tire Flips
25 Sledge Hammer Slams
25 Kettlebell Swings
25 Double unders (200 singles)
Work in teams of two. You may not move on to the next exercise until your team member finishes their reps.
