Summer Paleo Challenge
It's that time again! If you are interested in trying a healthy life style or would just like to do that challenge again, then join us for our Summer Paleo Challenge. The first meeting will be held on May 29 at CrossFit Kingdom from 8pm - 9pm. All are welcome to participate. Details of this challenge will be discussed at the first meeting. So lets get bathing suit ready!
CrossFit 102 Class
Are you interested in furthering your knowledge of CrossFit? Then join us for this informative 102 class at CrossFit Fortress on May 22 at 8pm.. Only $10. Please come in your workout clothes as you will be working out. There will be no 8pm class at Fortress this day.
Stretch Class
Come and get a great Stretch with Dani Tek at CrossFit Kingdom on May 23, at 7pm.. Only $5 to participate. Sign up inside our office

Fundraiser Day!!!

We are excited for all the events going on today. Please stop by and join us for a day of fitness, food, and CrossFit Dodgeball! Our fundraiser is to help support the growth of CrossFit Kingdom and to get our CF Kids program up and running. The event starts at 11AM and will continue throughout the day. Everyone is welcome to attend!
