    No lie that was probably one of the best workouts. It was intense and it was a mind f@*k. Loved every minute of it, so go out there and do it. Don’t give up on youselves fight through it.

    Great workout by the 5th round I felt like I was going to give out my body telling to quit but my mind is what kept going… Great support from Vidal and the gang… Keep it up guys

    Great Job Chris i am impressed. Keep it up and everyone else keep up the great work and motivation. I wish i would have been able to do this one. Maybe another day soon hopefully. Also i need to comment the fact that i like the nickname. It suits!
