KB Swings

Walking Lunges M45 W25

Knees to Elbows

Push Press  M65  W45

Supermans (3 second count)

Wall Balls  M20  W15

Burpees

Jumping Jacks

    WOW what a workout!!!! this is the first time I felt to give up on a workout!!!!! But I finish it!!!!! I had to dig myself out of quick sand that’s how I felt after doing walls balls and still had to do Burpees!!! and jumping jacks….. this workout inspired me so much that whatever difficulty the workout is or how long I take to finish it that I know I could fight my way through anything that is set in front of me… THANKS CROSS FIT KINGDOM!!!!!
